There are so many healthy alternatives that you will never become bored with the meals that you plan. A healthy eating plan should contain variety.
Choose items that are high in fiber and low in fat when designing your healthy eating plan. Remember that many commercially prepared low fat products consist of unwanted chemicals and high amounts of sugar. In order to know what you are eating make sure to read food labels to ensure the food is part of your healthy eating plan. This will also help you control your portion size. When following a healthy eating plan use spices, herbs and non-stick sprays. Also broil, grill or bake your food. This will lead you to a healthier, new you.
